At Murci, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new look. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all Murci tags still attached; garments must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
